After looking at our design packages and pricing to see what's available, you'll need to fill out our custom design quote form to be added to our schedule or ask any questions.

The timeframe can vary widely depending on the scope of your project, how quickly you respond to our emails, the number of changes needed, etc. Each of our design packages lists an estimation of the time required for each type of custom web project. We can rush projects with an additional fee if you need your project completed for a specific occasion.

If you are using WordPress for your website or blog design, you will have to maintain hosting which usually runs approximately $6 - $15/month. There are many hosting companies where you can purchase hosting including GoDaddy, BlueHost, HostGator & us. We offer hosting management/hosting for $12/month in which we take care of all the set up requirements/updates to make sure your site is running correctly.

Ello Themes does offer payment plans. For all custom web designs we require a 50% deposit to start the design process and the remainder of the project is paid at 40% to start development once your design has been approved and a final payment of the remaining 10% to launch.

We accept secure payment via PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay using PayPal. You can also pay using a credit card through our PayPal set up.

We do offer rushed design services, within reason. If your project needs to be rushed for any reason, let us know so we can assess the timeframe and invoice you for the additional rush fee.

Yes, this protects you & us. Once we have accepted your project, we will send you a contract detailing your project that you will need to sign, date & return to us before work on your project can begin.

Yes, we do offer other design services for creating custom graphics, etc. Please contact us with a detailed description of what you are looking for if you are interested in having custom graphics created.

A custom WordPress web design utilizes the WordPress.org back-end platform to enable you to easily update content on your site without requiring coding knowledge. A custom HTML/PHP Web Design is created from scratch and does require knowledge of HTML/PHP/Javascript, etc. to make updates. We offer updating services making this option very useful if you don't want to update your own site or don't change the content frequently. Both have advantages depending on the specific project.

Premade templates can be searched under the Templates tab. You can narrow down your search based on platform, Blogger or WordPress. Click on the template you want & click the 'Add to Cart' button where you will then be prompted to enter your order info & pay using PayPal.

We accept payment using PayPal as a processing method. You don't need a PayPal account to order - once you are directed to PayPal, you can choose to pay without an account and pay with a credit card or prepaid gift card.

If you provided your blog title & optional tagline at checkout, your template will be emailed to the email address you entered at checkout usually within 72 business hours (excluding holidays). If you purchased an instant download, it will be available after you complete your payment.

You can add in your own logo, but you will be responsible for formatting it to fit correctly and look aesthetically pleasing.

Due to the digital nature of our goods we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once you have received your files since they cannot technically be returned.

Yes, we can add in your blog/web title & optional tagline if you don't have access to Photoshop. Please contact us via the Contact form to request this service & allow 2-4 business days to receive the header file.

Blogger & WordPress.com blogs work great for blogging. Neither one requires hosting or a domain name to be purchased in order to use it. However each have their own limitations. WordPress.org is another platform created for blogging & it also works great for this purpose. However, WordPress.org can also be used to create a fully functioning website that you can update yourself without the need to know extensive code. WordPress.org requires you to purchase both hosting & a domain name before it can be set up.

You will need to purchase hosting if you are purchasing a premade WordPress.org theme, custom WordPress blog design, or a custom website.

There are literally thousands of companies that offer hosting. If you're ordering hosting for a WordPress.org blog or website, it's best to contact the company before ordering to make sure it will work with WordPress.org. Most hosting does, although if you are unfamiliar with hosting you may end up purchasing the wrong package, & many companies will also install the WordPress.org platform for free with the purchase of hosting.

No, unfortunately WordPress.com does not allow custom templates to be uploaded. If you would like to use a blogging platform that doesn't require hosting, you may want to consider Blogger.

WordPress.org isn't hard to use, but if you are completely unfamiliar with it or other blogging platforms it may require a bit of a learning curve. However, our templates come with easy to follow installation instructions (and optional installation purchase options) making it easy for you to get the new look of your blog set up quickly before jumping in to learning more about WordPress. As with most things, there are some advanced options that may require even further learning to use.

Of course! You can customize your template's sidebar with different widgets, remove some, and move them around, anything you want.
