All logo designs, web designs, templates, and branding materials are designed by Ello Themes. Whether you are looking for a feminine, girly design or a sleek, modern one, we offer a wide variety of options to fit everyone's specific project needs.
Payment is accepted through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay using PayPal, you can also pay with a credit card or prepaid gift card. If you would like to use another payment option, please contact us prior to purchasing.
Payment must be received before work is started or files are sent.
Due to the digital nature of our products & services, there are no shipping costs. Digital files will be emailed to your email address entered at checkout.
Premade templates will be emailed within 72 hours of payment Monday-Friday, unless additional customization has been purchased.
If you fail to provide your title & tagline or any other required information to complete your order within 2 business days, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
Due to the digital nature of our products, no refunds or exchanges are allowed for premade templates once they have been delivered via email or downloaded via instant download.
The Ello Themes credit and link is located in the footer of all designs. You may not remove or alter this credit.
Installation is not included in the price of the premade themes. Please purchase an installation listing if you would like to have your theme installed by Ello Themes.
Ello Themes recommends that you back up your current template and widgets before installing your new theme. Ello Themes is not responsible for the loss of any content on your WordPress installation or Blogger account during the installment of your theme design.
Templates are to be used on a single installation. If you want to use the same theme on more than one domain you will need to purchase another template. Sharing of themes is prohibited.
Templates are for personal use only and not commercial resale/reuse.
You may not resale our templates.
Ello Themes owns the copyright to all graphics used in templates & pre-made logo designs.
Purchase of a template/pre-made logo does not convey copyright to graphics or any other element of template.
Any alteration of Ello Themes' graphics is a violation of our copyright and is prohibited.
Reverse engineering of our templates is prohibited.
Each template includes 2 business days of support (if needed) once the theme has been emailed to you or downloaded. Please note that this only includes issues with the installation process and not training or customization of the theme. If you require additional assistance, additional fees may apply.
Ello Themes is not responsible for any loss of content/data while performing updates and maintenance to blogs and websites. While caution is always taken when making any changes to existing sites, unforeseen issues do occasionally arise. In this instance, it is the hosting company's backup of data that will be depended on. Ello Themes is not responsible for loss of data if a website is hosted with a hosting company that does not keep current backups.
Communication is a key part of the design process. To ensure that we remain on the same page during the design of all logo, web, and branding work, regular communication via email is necessary.
Full refunds must be requested within 2 days of payment before any concepts are delivered. After 2 days, but before any concepts are delivered, a full refund (less a $150 work fee) may be requested via email.
Once concepts have been delivered, full refunds are no longer available and only percentage refunds will be made based on concepts and work presented.
All custom quotes and timelines on design projects are good for two weeks only. If you receive a custom quote and do not respond back or payment is not received during this allotted time and you decide to resume work after, a new quote and timeline will be given.
Once logo design concepts have been delivered, if you decide they are not going in the desired direction, you may request a partial refund.
Once a final logo has been approved, refunds are no longer available.
Once the web design concept has been delivered, if you decide it is not going in the desired direction, you may request a partial refund.
Once final approval of the design is given and development has begun, refunds will be given on a per project basis.
If print collateral is purchased as part of a package in which a logo is designed, refunds will be issued based on work not yet started on a per project basis.
Refunds are not available after 60 days of the project start date.
Premade templates are sold as-is with exception of the customized header image unless additional blog add-ons are purchased.
Coordinating icons included with each template are the ones pictured in the listing.
We offer several different add-ons for premade templates, please see the add-on section of the shop to view these options. For customization requests not listed under the add-on section, please contact us before purchasing a template. Additional fees may apply.
